David is responsible for project forecasting and costing, staffing and development. He focuses on the safe and effective resource allocation for all Mesa projects, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery for each customer. David has more than 20 years in the industry, primarily as an estimator and project forecaster, and guiding large, technical installations. He is one of the original principals at Mesa, with a significant role in building mesa into the safe and reliable electrical infrastructure contractor it is today.
